I don’t have a horse in that race.  IF you want to buy now I can likely maximize your interests better than the average well meaning agent with more modest expertise, resources and network.  Having said that I don’t create demand I only fulfill it.  If you aren’t sure if you want to buy now I’m not talking you into it.  I’m happy to show you homes now and if you decide you’d prefer to purchase a year or two down the road I can simply be a resource until that time.
