assumptions I make unless told otherwise


There are some assumptions I make regarding the sellers I work for.  Please tell me if any of these assumptions do not represent your situation;

-You do not need to sell.  You are ready to divest of this property but you do not need to sell.  You are not going to give this property away.  You are not really in a hurry if the ability to wait will net you more money.  

-You are somewhat emotionally attached to this property.  

-You value expertise and track record over fluff and words.  I value expertise.  In the world of residential resale I have the expertise one gets from being in the top 1% of agents for so many years to do what I do exceptionally well.  In other areas of my life I seek out those with expertise.  This article resonates with my feelings on expertise;
